Transfer to your hotel, check in, and enjoy free time to experience the charm of the Windy Capital at your own pace before settling in for an overnight stay. Day 02 – Baku City Tour After breakfast, begin your excursion with panoramic views of Baku from Highland Park, taking in the Flame Towers and Milli Majlis before enjoying a funicular ride. Continue to Baku Boulevard to see the Ferris Wheel (weather permitting), glide through Little Venice on a boat ride, and stroll along the Caspian promenade past the Carpet Museum. Step back in time in the Old City, wandering past the Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah’s Palace, ancient mosques, and charming hamams. Walk down Nizami Street, lined with oil baron mansions and chic boutiques, before a photo stop at the futuristic Heydar Aliyev Centre and the famous “I Love Baku” sign. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay. Day 03 – Transfer to Gabala via Shamakhi After breakfast, depart from Baku and drive through scenic landscapes towards Gabala. En route, stop at the 9th-century Shamakhi Juma Mosque, one of the oldest in the Caucasus, with optional visits to the Meysari Winery for a wine tasting or the Alpaca Farm for a fun detour. Continue the journey and arrive in Gabala to admire the tranquil Nohur Lake, framed by the snow-capped Caucasus Mountains. Check in to your hotel and enjoy free time in this alpine paradise before an overnight stay in Gabala. Day 04 – Gabala Tour & Return to Baku Enjoy breakfast and head out to discover the natural beauty of Gabala. Visit the Yeddi Gozel Waterfall, a refreshing mountain cascade tucked away in Vandam village, and continue to the Tufandag Mountain Resort, where a two-line cable car ride reveals spectacular alpine panoramas. By late afternoon, depart for Baku, arriving in the evening to check in at your hotel for an overnight stay. Day 05 – Gobustan & Absheron Tour After breakfast, set out to explore Gobustan National Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for over 6,000 petroglyphs dating back to the Stone Age. Continue to the nearby Mud Volcanoes, a natural wonder unique to Azerbaijan, before returning to Baku for a lunch break. In the afternoon, explore the Absheron Peninsula with visits to the mystical Fire Temple of Ateshgah, once a place of worship for Zoroastrians and Hindus, followed by Yanardag, the legendary Burning Mountain where eternal flames dance on the hillside.
